I've had this accessory for about 4 years. It was last year that I finally took it out of the box to install. It seemed pretty jiggly and I did not like the straps the kits sent to tie the golf bag down. So I added 2 horizontal brackets for stability. But now the bag hides both my license plate and stop lamp. I went to my machineist buddy and he had a couple of stainless steel plates. He bended the top one to match fit the one that came with the kit. I bought fine grit same paper and polished the stainless steel then buffed it out with chrome rubbing compound. It sat like that all winter long with no lights. Early Spring installed a white light for the plates and put on a stop / turn signal combination light at the bottom of the top plate. Then at the very top of the top plate, I installed a Night Rider back and forth hooked to the brakes, which is about a car drivers eye level. Last night I did all the lights for I had a 9:30 am T-time for this Sunday. 25 minute ride to the golf club, 5 hour golf game and a 25 minute ride back. All on a beautiful sunny spring day in the Great Pacific Northwest.

What in earth are you doing??? playing golf when you got a Venture????

Looks good though, you could use that for more things than golf bags,,, maybe an idea for Cowpuc. On second thought,, maybe not.

When I was able to play golf I just did it for fun. There was a nice 9 hole par 3 course nearby. I got a small, flexible bag that held 4 clubs. I would take a 3 iron, 9 iron and putter, sling the bag across my back and take off on the Venture,
