Eck Posted April 15, 2016 #1 Posted April 15, 2016 We are staying at a Hampton Inn, located in Chicago. I stopped at the front desk and asked for a plastic garbage bag for the small trash can in our room. She asked: How many would you like? I said two please. This is what she gave me...
Freebird Posted April 15, 2016 #3 Posted April 15, 2016 LOL...you never know what they will give you. On my trip this week, I got back to the hotel around 5:30 every day and they had not cleaned my room. It didn't get cleaned all week.
Eck Posted April 15, 2016 Author #4 Posted April 15, 2016 My wife and I are in Chicago and will be departing Saturday morning, and when we leave the motel during our stay, we always put the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Our room hasn't been cleaned all week either, but every day, I set the trash just out side our door, then later on in the day when I see the maid cart in the hallway, I take them our used towels and wash cloths and ask for two fresh ones and two new trash bags. We really don't want anyone in our room with all our stuff there, like our prescription drugs (Strong pain pills) and our laptops, etc..
Marcarl Posted April 15, 2016 #5 Posted April 15, 2016 Not often we get to see a picture of Eck in his motel room,,, glad he was holding up a screen!!
Freebird Posted April 15, 2016 #6 Posted April 15, 2016 I agree Eck. I really don't care that it didn't get cleaned. I usually find them in the hallways somewhere and get some more coffee. After that, I'll good to go.
Eck Posted April 15, 2016 Author #9 Posted April 15, 2016 You could always use it as a raincoat When I first opened it, I had another idea as to what it was as I was opening it up.......
