Hi Guys,

Going to be replacing my stock rear shock with a Hagon on Sunday, wondering if anyone knows what size socket I need to remove the nut holding the schrader valve on? I know it's big, just not sure how big.

Also, all i need to remove is the side cover, as well as the rear passenger floorboards and mounts in order have access to the top nut / bolt on the shock, correct?

Want to make sure I have everything I need in advance so I can get this done then get out riding. Going to be 70 on Sunday here!

As always...thanks for the help!

Just the passenger peg need to be removed. Don't forget to support the rear tire if you have it jacked . It will drop when you remove the shock

Sorry I don't remember the bolt size

I put a hago in last year and I like it.

Thanks for the replies guys, got it done yesterday in a little over 30 minutes! This forum is such an excellent source of information for me. I never would have attempted this before, the knowledge on here really gives me a confidence boost and the feeling I get after doing something like this is so satisfying. Thanks again!
