Country music today "SUX" What ever happened to the sounds of the Mighty Merle, Clint Black, George Straight, Vince Gill and Alabama???

 

 

Man, this resonates with me. I listen to some of the modern country but most of it bites. Wheel mounted audio controls in my delivery vehicle have me flipping until I find something I can groove to. Merle, Waylon, Johnny, Hank, George, Marty Robbins... Some of my favorites. Happy to see someone else who pays some attention to Clint Black. My absolute favorite. Some of modern country is okay, but I'm really picky. Sad to see Merle go. Already lost Leonard Nimoy, B.B. King, Satoru Iwata, Scott Weiland Alan Rickman, Lemmy and Glenn Frey through this year so far and last year. My heroes are dropping like flies and I'm not okay with that.
