Alright everyone I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with. I have a 2008 Venture and the problem I am having is when I play the radio or satellite radio I can hear it great through the headset however when I switch it over to the speakers I get a lot of static. I split the faring and cleaned all of the connections and applied dialectic grease in them, however I still get the static through the speakers. I am at a loss as to what to try next. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Are any of the speaker wires routed next to some ignition wiring? Maybe a ignition suppressor (condenser) may help? Don't forget to check all the grounds for the ignition and the radio.

Your audio wires under the gas tank are too close to the coil wires. Pull the tank and rearrange the wires to get as much separation between them as possible.
