2nd gen right handle bar switch assembly...............$waytoomuch:mo money::mo money:...........................:mo money:

On the first gens you could take them apart and service the switches if need be. Apparently not with the 2nd gens. Those crafty Yamanese (R@T B@$T@*DS) engineers figured out how to make them very user unfriendly so a DIYfer would be at their mercy.

To make a long story short...... I need one..:crying:

Anyone parting out a 2nd gen and happen to have one laying around on their work bench they wouldn't mind selling?:smile5:

Send me a message if so.

Master George, My old friend George S.......My multi meter samurai master......Your humble Grasshopper has been thinking about you lately. Remembering the ancient wisdom you instilled in me so many years ago. The wisdom of how to slay those pesky electron demons.

Since last we spoke my travels have been many. Many demons have been defeated with the lessons I had learned from you. But alias an old foe has resurfaced. Carbon build up on the start switch button. Truth be told my adventures have taken me in different endeavors unrelated to the ones shared by this family of noble riders. Not to say that the rites of Spring do not bring me back to dreams of yesterday. But to follow those dreams the beast has got to crank. Thus the need for new switches.

It does warm the cockles of my heart to know you once again survived the northern snow blower freeze of the northern territories. Pray tell what front wheel following adventures are on your horizon. Any planned for the sunny south of Georgia?

You know Bob, with your command of the English Language, you should write a " motorcycle " Service Manuel in " Old English "

You could try to Sell them in the UK !!!

I often have considered as much but have been perplexed as to what to title such a literary endeavor.

Should it be:

Lord of the O rings

Taming of the screw

Oliver's twisted throttle

Tale of two Ventures

On a midsummer's night scream
