Arivaca Chili Cook Off

Yesterday we went down to the little town of Arivaca, Arizona for their annual chili cook off. $5 ticket and you get to taste all the chili you can eat. Vote for best chili by giving the vendor you like your ticket stub. Cool beans (so to speak). Everything home made. Naturally, I had a chili dog as well!!

 

So Green Valley to Arivaca... then out to rt 286 and north to Tucson. Back to Green Valley. Nice day trip...

 

 

Back on road to Phoenix in a few minutes....
