10spd Posted March 5, 2016 #1 Posted March 5, 2016 If I replace the boots between the carbs & the cylinders. Should I have them resynced? Or not. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
Patmac6075 Posted March 5, 2016 #2 Posted March 5, 2016 The boot don't need to be sync'd......Just kidding, yes, probably a good idea to re-sync especially if the reason you are replacing them is that they were leaking. Now that everything will be sealed the carbs need to be rebalanced.
cowpuc Posted March 5, 2016 #3 Posted March 5, 2016 Yep.. Matter of fact,, put it together - ride er up here for a "Pucs Greet - Meet and Eat Meat" and I will get ya Hot Dog and a give your scoot a free synceroni to boot 10spd!! Indeed,, anytime your fooling with carburation on these puppies its best to finish up the project with a sync - IMHO of course...
