Yama Mama Posted February 14, 2016 Share #1 Posted February 14, 2016 My First Husband, of almost 44 years, and I say Happy Valentines Day. Actually, we really do not celebrate the occasion. We figure it really is just a holiday for the Hallmark, Brach's, Whitman, and the restaurants to make more money. Which I suppose is good to spur on the failing economy in our country, but I figure if you love someone, you should celebrate that all year long. Just by being nice to each other and enjoying each other's company. I know this is sort of lame, but it is the way we feel about it. I am making a ham today however. We all celebrate these occasions in different ways. I do not think I will waste the time standing by the front door waiting for those long stem roses to arrive.
