Question for you boat owners-

Can anyone tell me what the parts are called that are circled in RED.. (see attached picture)

 

Both parts in the circle are the same, but I am unfamiliar with them and what they are actually called.

 

I listed everything in this picture in the classifieds, but I would like to edit my ad to include what the two parts are called.

 

I just noticed the red line is faint...sorry..
