djh3 Posted January 16, 2016 #2 Posted January 16, 2016 Well if I had one of them old timey looking Triumphs might look into it. For now just blast'em with LED's. LOL Cool idea though. I remember going from a standard bike to a frame mounted fairing. One thing i had to get use to was the headlight did not move when cornering like it did when headlight was mounted on forks.
The Tooch Posted January 16, 2016 #3 Posted January 16, 2016 Kind of neat I guess but 800 bucks for aheadlight?! Think I'll have to wait for the cheap Chinese knock off!
Flyinfool Posted January 16, 2016 #4 Posted January 16, 2016 It might be an option for the whimpy headlight in the early MK1 bikes.
Brake Pad Posted January 17, 2016 Author #5 Posted January 17, 2016 we can ask Mack1 to build them. all's I need is a headlight to cast the plastic molds to, and mach can do the rest
ToyOdie Posted January 17, 2016 #6 Posted January 17, 2016 With these light you don't need to spend $800. I got the set of driving lights and headlight for just over $200. 1800 lumens for the driving lights and the headlight is 2000 lumens. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?115134-New-LED-Lights

BUT.....they are not an adaptive LED headlight which is why the others are $800. Don't know if you really would need such a thing anyways on a touring bike, as your probably not leaning way over into corners at night on a RSV which is how you make the other LED's in this headlight come on, to light up the corners. Nice toy for $800. But not my $800!
