Eck Posted January 5, 2016 #1 Posted January 5, 2016 (edited) Called a Goldwing Valkyrie Streetfighter. I would like to take a ride on it to see & feel the difference between it and my Wing. Edited January 5, 2016 by Eck
djh3 Posted January 5, 2016 #4 Posted January 5, 2016 looks like an F6 with a stolen Hyabusa fairing and really noisy pipes.
Zzyzx Posted January 5, 2016 #5 Posted January 5, 2016 Maybe just a little to much like a crotch rocket for an old cruiser like me but will bet is sells well.
VanRiver Posted January 5, 2016 #6 Posted January 5, 2016 Looks like the bike Batman would show on to one of the Venturerider Meet and Eat events. Looks cool, but not sure if I would buy one personally.
Barrycuda Posted January 5, 2016 #7 Posted January 5, 2016 Nice as a 2nd or 3rd bike but I wouldn't be going far with it. Comfort wise and fuel efficiency probably isn't high on the list of concerns from the company.
Pegasus1300 Posted January 5, 2016 #10 Posted January 5, 2016 I like it. I would have liked to see what Yamaha would have done with the V4 and this concept. Much more fun looking then the current V Max. Maybe a V Max reprise.
SilvrT Posted January 5, 2016 #11 Posted January 5, 2016 Appears to be a custom job on an older Valk with the 1500 engine. (not a Honda production model)
Guest Jamsie Posted January 5, 2016 #12 Posted January 5, 2016 it was a toss up between RSV and F6C sitting in same shop . the original idea was for something with a lot of torque that i could slap a sidecar onto . RSV won. dunno if this is a custom or a preproduction prototype , but i like it . i was pleasently supprised how light the F6C was compared to the RSV at low speeds
SilvrT Posted January 5, 2016 #13 Posted January 5, 2016 i was pleasently supprised how light the F6C was compared to the RSV at low speeds It's all in the geometry and center of gravity. From my experience, practically every "touring" style bike out there feels lighter at low speed than an RSV.
Guest Jamsie Posted January 5, 2016 #14 Posted January 5, 2016 It's all in the geometry and center of gravity. From my experience, practically every "touring" style bike out there feels lighter at low speed than an RSV. even just getting the F6C from side stand to balanced upright , i nearly throw the bike on its right side . I expected to have to heave about the same as i did to get the RSV upright , which for a lightweight like me is a bit of a struggle at times
SilvrT Posted January 5, 2016 #15 Posted January 5, 2016 I expected to have to heave about the same as i did to get the RSV upright , which for a lightweight like me is a bit of a struggle at times ya, I'm a "lightweight" too and had the same problem although I overcame it with leverage but both my Wing and now my Vic are much easier.
cowpuc Posted January 5, 2016 #17 Posted January 5, 2016 I like it ! Me too Raggy!! That Eckster sure knows how to get the ol biker blood churning dont he? Went out and showed the pics to old Crude, he shivered out of a hibernation sleep and said "wake me up in a couple months and we'll talk about it then":rotf: Man I miss summer!
Guest Jamsie Posted January 5, 2016 #18 Posted January 5, 2016 sounds like i cringe everytime i see someone riding without gear on , but hey , to each his own , no preaching from me about what to wear when on a scoot
midnightrider1300 Posted January 5, 2016 #20 Posted January 5, 2016 not a bike for a weak heart......
Venturous Posted January 5, 2016 #21 Posted January 5, 2016 Should be about as successful as the Rune...
