I had acupuncture.

 

I tried that many years ago. Dr put some kind of pin in my ear... told me to press it whenever I got the urge for a smoke... I pressed it so many times I got an infection. LOL

 

Wife did laser therapy twice. She's been smoke free for 5 years now. That said, she still had to mentally prevent herself from lighting up for a while.

If I every get the urge to lit up, I just go around someone who smokes and thatd enough for me. The smell is bad.
