saddlebum Posted November 25, 2015 #1 Posted November 25, 2015 First before arriving at home stop and fill your tank right up. This is to reduce as much air space in the fuel tank as possible to keep condensation to a minimum . Then pour a couple shots of you and your bikes favorite drink.
XV1100SE Posted November 25, 2015 #4 Posted November 25, 2015 I always add half a can of Seafoam when the tank is about 1/4 full and go for a ride somewhere between 2 blocks and 50km then stop at the gas tank. Two block ride home and it is parked for the winter.
cowpuc Posted November 26, 2015 #5 Posted November 26, 2015 Just make sure you dont get the two glasses mixed up Bum, I have heard that Brandy can be hard your bikes valves and plugs plus there is something about the smell of it in the exhausts that may cause it to attract those breath analyzer thingys next time ya ride er!!
saddlebum Posted November 26, 2015 Author #6 Posted November 26, 2015 Hey @cowpuc I notice you seem to be more concerned about the bike accidentally getting a shot of brandy than me getting a shot of seafoam ------I'm hurt:bawling:
