He spent a lot of time looking for original parts and many trips to the US. I know he paid $5000 for it originally, plus he had it shipped from Nova Scotia to Ottawa Ontario, and has put another $5000 at least into the restoration up to now.

I can't wait for it to get done he's talking about riding it down from Ottawa to my place 6hrs. I'll be sure to post the finished bike bike pics.

Huggy Posted October 31, 2015 Author #9 Posted October 31, 2015 First I must make a correction its a 51 not a 49. I have a before picture. This is the bike when he got it in his driveway. Many of the parts, small items mostly where not year correct. The original neck had been raked and he spent nearly a year searching for an original one in original condition. In fact the first 3 years where spent finding original numbered parts.
