garyS-NJ Posted October 24, 2015 #1 Posted October 24, 2015 Have the oem wheels off my '84 venture. Cleaned with bathroom cleaner but the aluminum still grungy.. are they coated? If so, any good cleaners that won't attack the clearcoat? Otherwise it's noxon.
Larry1963 Posted October 24, 2015 #2 Posted October 24, 2015 For my coated wheels I went to Advance Auto and they had some wheel cleaner, not sure of the make now but man it worked on. I had a VTX with solid wheels that were coated and it cleaned them up and they looked sharp
garyS-NJ Posted October 25, 2015 Author #3 Posted October 25, 2015 that makes sense. buy something that's safe for coated wheels but I was trying to determine if the venture wheels are clear coated (so I could use noxon).
