Congrats! I think that what you have is a Deluxe, because of the hard bags. I have a 99 Tour Classic and it was stock with those Gawd awful looking faux-leather droopy-azed bags, which I replaced with hard bags right away. I still have the originals if someone is into fuggly saddle bags... Anyway, WELCOME and enjoy your new sweet ride. I have the carbs, cams, and ancillary intake parts to do the 32mm carb swap upgrade on mine. I just need to make the adapter plates and some time to do the deed!

Weird. My 2000 Tour Classic's bags are real leather. They're thicker than boot leather. My only complaint about them is they don't hold enough.
