Is the tires flat from sitting, or did something happen to them, Nail????

If its the second, I'd look into another tire.

Just for safty

Brake Pad, this is a preventive thing. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with his tire. You put ride on in the tire before picking up a nail or what not and it seals the tire so it doesn't go flat. http://www.ride-on.com/

I've been working on my bike for the past week, getting ready for the summer. I have some Ride On tire sealent. http://www.ride-on.com/prod_mot.asp Before I put this in the tires, does anyone else run with this in their tires and is there any down side?

Everette, Lots of guys on this site run with Ride on. I've got it in my tires and I can't see a change in handling but it does give make you more at ease knowing that it's there. The up side is it helps keep the air pressure more constant in your tire, helps balance the tire and makes them run a little cooler so they last a little longer. Don't know for sure about the lasting longer or running cooler but the air pressure in my tires does hold more constant (check them every weekend...pressure wise).

I use it and no problems..when you change tires it is VERY easy to clean out, just wet rag and wipe. Went on a 500 mile ride yesterday once up to 100 and no vibrations. Tom

I use it as well and it cleans up easy on tire change, you don't get much on

the rim anyway because it stays in the bottom of the tire. And it keeps the

tires balanced.

So how many ounces are you guys putting into the Rear

and the front? Are you purchasing the 3 Pack?

I thinks I am going to order some.

Thanks,

Jeff

I used it on my 2nd '99 and I purposely ran a screw into the tire before I was going to change it out. Kept the correct air for 3 weeks I would put it in my tires again.

And?? *lol* How many bottles did you guys need to get?:detective: *waiting*

got the order page open *hint hint*:whistling: How much for the front

How much for the rear?

Thanks for all the replies. I'm trying to figure the same thing as far as how much to use in the tires. I cannot find the MT150/90 on the chart.

When I talked to the guys at Ride-On they caught my 2 bottle order and changed it to a 3 because it was a better deal, and if I remember, cost less??

I think I ordered enough though... I think ONE bottle would not do

the trick.
