Eck Posted October 23, 2015 #26 Posted October 23, 2015 Hey Don, I think you have a hidden compartment in the center counsel under the cup holder on that year model. Most of the earlier Avalanches had this from what I was told. They say you have to pop out the cup holder and under it, the inner part of the counsel is open to put extra stuff in it. Thought it would be worth checking it out anyway.

Yammer Dan Posted October 23, 2015 #30 Posted October 23, 2015 Reckon Eileen will ever let you drive it again???
Freebird Posted October 23, 2015 Author #31 Posted October 23, 2015 I doubt that will be a problem. She loves her Nissan Murano. Besides, the Murano gets MUCH better gas mileage.
Flyinfool Posted October 23, 2015 #32 Posted October 23, 2015 After she drove that nice Avalanche home with that big engine, is there anything left of the rear tires?
StarFan Posted October 24, 2015 #34 Posted October 24, 2015 Wow,,,That is one nice BIG truck. Looks like brand new - The former owner must have taken real good care of it. Congratulations Don and drive safely. Jonas

Eileen stomps the throttle to floor which instantly moves all Don's bait, tackle and spare Harley parts to the rear of the vehicle.. Even the hidden compartment door popped open, revealing....

cowpuc Posted October 25, 2015 #38 Posted October 25, 2015 Don had forgotten to tell Eileen about his conversation with a smuggler named Eck who had reminded Don about the hidden compartment. After getting over her shock of finding the hidden compartment and then noticing what was written on the envelope, she raised it into the sunlight and noticed right away that
Yammer Dan Posted October 25, 2015 #39 Posted October 25, 2015 She sees the Blue Lights Reflecting off it from behind and pushes the gas back to the floor.....

No easy feat considering the amount of white smoke spewing from the tires of the truck. As the crotchety old man came closer, he noticed ahead... that the sealed letter was still in Eileen's hand. It became obvious to the geezer that there was no way she was willing to drop the envelope until she had the chance to.. I don't think that this is going to end well. ,, tried and tried to get that to fit in the story:think: I think it somehow got posted in the wrong thread or something... Could a Moderator please move this post to the "Prayer Request" thread? Not being mean or or nothing like that, just trying to help someone not familiar with forum rules to learn how things operate around here..
