cowpuc Posted October 20, 2015 #27 Posted October 20, 2015 Hey Puc.....looks like someone has been messing with my neighborhood and leaving you alone. You're welcome. Now how in the wild world of mismanaged Wisconsin White Washers did @Flyinfool pull that one off @DaveAndBarbie - the guy really is a GENIUS!! Oh well,, keep it up Jeff,, you are steadily turning out to be the greatest friend a buddy on the other side of the pond could have!!! Well I had to buy gas again today. I got 300 miles in so far this year.........HEY gotta start somewhere. Now THAT is the OUTSTANDING Fool!! Its either better late than never OR,, a really really good sign that you actually are gonna set the White Washer aside and start the '16 ride season early:fingers-crossed-emo:big-grin-emoticon:,, just say no to :stickpoke:
Aussie Annie Posted October 20, 2015 #28 Posted October 20, 2015 So pleased to hear your health has improved....and that you get to have some wind in the face therapy now
eagleeye Posted October 20, 2015 #29 Posted October 20, 2015 Now that you're back on the bike, you should take the afternoon off and go for a good long ride. As you know, another day in the 70s here. Ride safe,
Flyinfool Posted October 20, 2015 Author #30 Posted October 20, 2015 (edited) Now that you're back on the bike, you should take the afternoon off and go for a good long ride. As you know, another day in the 70s here. Ride safe, Funny you should mention the afternoon off, I just got done warning the cafeteria that I am leaving work at noon........ Yes I rode the bike to work today. I have dark glasses on and a full tank of gas, but it is not dark out......... @cowpuc, since I have not been riding all summer I have had a lot of time to play with technology. So far my modifications that I made to @saddlebums back door while I was up in the UP last week, are holding. I know he is pretty stubborn and will figure out a way to get that door back open yet, and you just know what I can not resist when those Canuks send that cold air pouring down here. And then there is all this new technology that I have to play with. And that Snowpercharger from last year is all polished up and oiled up purring like a fine swiss watch, and ready to play. Let cha in on a little inside info Fool,, I have a sneaking hunch that da Bum has been using left over Ratchet Jaw Oil on those hinges.. I know him and his fellow countryman, @Marcarl order the stuff by the 55 gallon drum so I am sure between the two of them they always have a couple quarts of it left over from a long summer of Ratchet Jawing.. Maybe now that you are feeling a little better, got your chores all caught up on the Snoper, you could do a little research on finding a substance for RJO removal?
Flyinfool Posted October 20, 2015 Author #32 Posted October 20, 2015 I did, Its called a MIG welder......... But I am afeared that they also have a cutting torch up there. Well Maybe it will slow them down a bit. at least the door stayed closed this week....... I was worried about your saltwater idea, what if they opened the door before the hinges rusted solid and then the hinges froze with the door open?????? Just to risky for me.......
Flyinfool Posted October 21, 2015 Author #34 Posted October 21, 2015 Hmmmmm Seems I will need gas to get to work tomorrow mornin.

Flyinfool Posted October 21, 2015 Author #39 Posted October 21, 2015 Would I do a thing like that??????
cowpuc Posted October 22, 2015 #40 Posted October 22, 2015 Would I do a thing like that?????? Remember those Black "8" Ball fortune teller things with the window on top,, the one you would shake as you asked it a question, stop shaking it and your answer would appear in the window (I LOVED PLAYING WITH THAT THING)??? No? Oh well,, guess I just "dated" myself... Anyway,, just asked this question to the "8 Ball" that I remember in my brain and it said "Undoubtedly, irrevocably, irresponsibly, undeniably, certainly decisively, totally conclusively YES"
ricksbike Posted October 22, 2015 #41 Posted October 22, 2015 Boy Jeff, that`s really great news, between you and Angel things are looking up,He just bought himself a Goldwing(traitor)LOL,but really it`s great to hear that your back on 2 wheels--Good Luck with your health issues.
Flyinfool Posted October 22, 2015 Author #42 Posted October 22, 2015 Hmmmmm...... Now I seem to have a fuel problem. It seems I need to fill the tank every day on my way to work and some times again on the way home from work. Don't have a clue what the problem might be. In the last 2 weeks I have gotten all but one digit in the odometer to move. Hmmm...... Its a 42 mile round trip to work, somehow 2 weeks of that with a 4 days off to take the truck off roading and a couple of rain days, has put 1200 miles on the bike. What might the problem be?
videoarizona Posted October 22, 2015 #43 Posted October 22, 2015 ((What might the problem be?)) Not enough snow?
cowpuc Posted October 23, 2015 #44 Posted October 23, 2015 ((What might the problem be?)) Not enough snow? This is one of those times when I wish we had a "NO THANKS" key to click on,, or at least a "Dont like" button..
