Starting last night, when I turn on cruise control, the "Set" & "Res" lights (Top Red & Green lights),go out in about 2 seconds. The cruise control will not engage. I've: checked and replaced fuses (Except the in-line fuses behind the lights). The fuses were O.K. I've run the diagnostic as explained in the Clymer Manual. The lights stayed steady. After I pulled the right lower fairing to check the fuses, I tried the cruise control and heard a "click", like a circuit breaker from the fuse box area as the two lights went out. Any help with this issue? All else works as normal!!!!! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS! THANKS!

gmarshall Posted September 20, 2015 #4 Posted September 20, 2015 There's a diagnostic procedure in the service manual that will help you troubleshoot. It could be a contact not closing on the brake lever, or some other interlock.
