Skid Posted August 10, 2015 #2 Posted August 10, 2015 So do I go to the Ohio camp-out of Myrtle Beach Fall Rally. That's a tough question
Jayceesfolly Posted August 11, 2015 #3 Posted August 11, 2015 Now I have a problem....do I go to this campout or to one in Alleghany State Park in PA, on the same weekend? Decisions, decisions! Jim
CaptainJoe Posted August 16, 2015 #4 Posted August 16, 2015 (edited) Just a suggestion, but wouldn't it be a better to suggest aforementioned rides as you become aware of them, for "all" to attend, as soon as you know of them? Kind of puts a damper on those that wish to host rides. Edited August 16, 2015 by CaptainJoe

Jayceesfolly Posted August 18, 2015 #9 Posted August 18, 2015 Okay, the caves and a steam show has clinched it for me. I'm in. Save a spot for my tent! I will probably stay over on Sunday night and leave on Monday, so I can spend some time at the steam show on Sunday. See y'all on Thursday afternoon! Jim
CaptainJoe Posted August 18, 2015 #11 Posted August 18, 2015 (edited) Dave, Spoke with Connie about 4pm. Office was closed but she answered some questions. Said you blocked off 105,107 and 108. She also said we need to go ahead and pay as the park is filling up quickly. She said you wanted 105. I will pay for 107 tomorrow morning arriving the 24th leaving 27th. Jim, if you want to split the cost of a site, I could get site 107 for the 24th thru the 28th. The corner lots are already reserved for the steam show. Reservations are non refundable... I'm hoping these sites have electricity... Edited August 18, 2015 by CaptainJoe
dave_wells Posted August 18, 2015 Author #12 Posted August 18, 2015 Its up to you .don't worry about making reservations. I was told I can pay when we get there I have 3 sites we can all split what we use In two weeks if not a lot of interest we can cut down to 2 sites We may have 1 or 2 RV's We will be there this weekend camping I want to see the sites we have they say they are deep I will call them in the morning
CaptainJoe Posted August 19, 2015 #13 Posted August 19, 2015 I'm going to chainsaw the four wheeler trails tomorrow morning. May run up there tomorrow afternoon for a look see and take some pics...(my way of getting out of work) Ooops! Did I just say that out loud?
Jayceesfolly Posted August 19, 2015 #14 Posted August 19, 2015 OK Joe, sounds good to me. Do you want me to send you a Paypal or check or pay when I get there? Jim
CaptainJoe Posted August 19, 2015 #15 Posted August 19, 2015 A check's ok, when you get there. Suppose to be 90 today. I'm going to enjoy the ride up...
CaptainJoe Posted August 19, 2015 #16 Posted August 19, 2015 105 and 107 aren't very big, but would be perfect for an RV. I went ahead and put money down on 108 arriving 24th leaving 28th was $120 . It's the largest of the three. 110 and 108 would have been perfect but 110 is rented out Friday night 25th.
Skid Posted August 26, 2015 #17 Posted August 26, 2015 There is a good chance I will be there again this year!
CaptainJoe Posted August 28, 2015 #18 Posted August 28, 2015 Cool! we're getting the gang back together again!
