vzuden Posted August 5, 2015 #3 Posted August 5, 2015 Yes, saw one going down the road in Peoria, Illinois. Same color
slowrollwv Posted August 5, 2015 #4 Posted August 5, 2015 I have it is called a Stallion. I saw a white one a couple years ago and talked to the owner. They have a four cylinder Ford motor and auto trans. He said it is fun to ride and gets great gas mileage.
MasterGuns Posted August 5, 2015 #5 Posted August 5, 2015 Also has A/C, a heater and a great sound system. Rode/drove one about three years back. Base model then was around 21k. The one I drove was made in Tyler, Texas. Very underpowered and hard steering.
Skid Posted August 5, 2015 #6 Posted August 5, 2015 Yep its a Stallion. I have a friend down the road from me that has a white one.
djh3 Posted August 5, 2015 #7 Posted August 5, 2015 Seen one around here off and on. So I looked up spec one time. Has like aFord escort motor and trans I think. Steering wheel to me just about = car.
mrsteve Posted August 5, 2015 #8 Posted August 5, 2015 So why not just take the doors off of your convertible and save a few dollars?
etcswjoe Posted August 5, 2015 #9 Posted August 5, 2015 Seen several here in Charleston http://www.motortrike.com/TrikeThoroughbredStallion.aspx
Guest erock1 Posted August 5, 2015 #10 Posted August 5, 2015 Saw one a couple of days ago. They are the strangest looking vehicle. Steering wheel, and a typical floor shifter mounted on the dash. And A/C in an open vehicle ??!! Looks like they should be ringing a bell and selling popsicles from it.....
SilvrT Posted August 5, 2015 #11 Posted August 5, 2015 A few years back I picked up a damaged Lil Donk trailer that was flipped after the driver of one of those Stallions lost control and crashed. Guy I got the trailer from also had the damaged Stallion.
utadventure Posted August 5, 2015 #12 Posted August 5, 2015 Our friends Darrell and Barbara own one. Darrell recently passed away and Barbara has decided to sell it. Fun!!
