videoarizona Posted August 2, 2015 #26 Posted August 2, 2015 You may be right about the regulator...but a tight plug can still be corroded...called oxidation. And a plug that gets very hot can also mean that there is corrosion inside and the corrosion is causing resistance. Resistance means heat in the electrical world.
