There are a bunch of similar devices about to hit the market. The next year or so will get scarey when people start doing dumb things with these. There are already near misses almost every day between drones and full size aircraft because dummies think it would be cool to get close ups of an airliner in flight.

It would have to be slow twisties. Their web site lists the maximum speed of 25 mph. Max altitude of 50 ft above your head.

 

Still a cool camera.
