Had a Cat Scan last March and an MRI the June before, doctor said they did not find anything.

Hmmmm,, nothing? I have a hunch that something was wrong with their machines Joe.. You and I both know that there is something in there,, they should have at least seen a sign that read "for the time of your life, ride and camp with Joe and Bobbie".. Tell ya what my dear friend, take a ride up to Michigan, I will personally redo the Cat Scan for you here in my garage, free of charge. I have a welder to produce the intense light flash, neighbor has a cat that we can lay on your lap and hook the ground strap to - then run another lead from the Cat to your big toe, Tip and Bobbie can watch thru a welding lense for results (I dont see so good anymore) and I will run the controls AND video the whole process for our friends on VR.. Trust me, we will find something brother, we WILL find something!!
