carb vacuum slide diaphragm

Thanks to who showed me to the valve adj. video. I have 6 new shims on order and will install and check them when they arrive. I took my first carb apart and the diaphragm has 4 small tears where it attaches to the carb body and 1 where it attaches to the slide. The slide looks okay. It looks like the best place for new diaphragms is CSI so I will order some. After looking at the slide and diaphragm I am not sure about how to replace just the diaphragm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
