Great White Posted June 18, 2015 #1 Posted June 18, 2015 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVpIhu3FNdk That bike just ate that girl....guess you can't expect much from a flock of squids!
SilvrT Posted June 18, 2015 #2 Posted June 18, 2015 Just realized as I watched that vid ... it's not just Harley riders that BLIP the throtte!
Eck Posted June 18, 2015 #3 Posted June 18, 2015 Any rider who flips the throttle like that when he has (what is supposed to be) his best friend on the bike is a total butt....And that is saying it politely..........
ReinyRooster Posted June 18, 2015 #5 Posted June 18, 2015 Would guess she had a nasty rash after that!
djh3 Posted June 18, 2015 #7 Posted June 18, 2015 A couple things to mind. Something like, I bet she wishes she had one of them nice 2nd gen pillow top seats. If it had a seat for two.......... Also if the stock swing arm was on it she would have just fell straight off the back and hit the road. Why do they put those extended swing arms on anyways?
Great White Posted June 19, 2015 Author #9 Posted June 19, 2015 ...Why do they put those extended swing arms on anyways? one word: squid.
Venturous Randy Posted June 19, 2015 #10 Posted June 19, 2015 I can't say what really came to my mind, but I hope she was OK and somebody learned something. Randy

The extended swing arm is to help keep the front wheel down on hard acceleration.
Great White Posted June 19, 2015 Author #12 Posted June 19, 2015 The extended swing arm is to help keep the front wheel down on hard acceleration. It's also one of the trappings of "squid-dom". It's to try and make it look like a drag bike, but all it's for on the street is to say "look at me", which is another indication of a squid.
djh3 Posted June 19, 2015 #13 Posted June 19, 2015 It's also one of the trappings of "squid-dom". It's to try and make it look like a drag bike, but all it's for on the street is to say "look at me", which is another indication of a squid. So kinda like the loud HD with drag pipes.
Great White Posted June 19, 2015 Author #14 Posted June 19, 2015 So kinda like the loud HD with drag pipes. Sort off. "Squid-ly-ness" isn't limited to any one type of rider. Depending on who you talk too, anything done to be a "poser" enters the realm of the squid....
