Puc, this was before your time. This tarp was part of the west meets the east. There was a bucket of dirt that went with it at one time but I have no idea who had it last. I never saw it. This tarp had been in California, Florida, and West Virginia. Unfortunately some of the names are no longer with us.

That was started by Steve 'HDHTR' Dubois after venture west 1 held in Bakersfield ca. The package contained dirt from VW1,and the idea was to spread the dirt on the tarp and take a pic riding over it, post it to the board, and sign the tarp. It was quite popular. I guess after the crash of '06 it sorta got lost in the shuffle, and the last person never started it up again. A few quireys went out looking for the 'dirt' with no one knowing where it ended up. Now we know. I bet Don might like to have it to put in the VR.Org history box.

I wish I would have found it before Maintenance Day. The dirt never made it to my house. The tarp came here for the 2009 Skid-In. I don't remember who brought it here. Looks like there is plenty of room for more signature, so we need to start it around again.
