I'm still in shock over this Dave!! Friday night coming back from Don's house to the hotel I went through standing water and the trike hydroplaned at a couple of places and I knew if I was on 2 wheels I would have gone down!

 

Hope you get the bike back together soon. VERY relieved you are still in one piece, ATGATT pays off!

When I went down it was on dry pavement. Body bruised and broken but my heavy leather jacket, boots and jeans came through without a mark. The helmet took a beating and will have to be replaced. The ambulance crew kept thanking me for wearing all the gear. They were sick of scraping up guys wearing shorts, sneakers and tee shirts. My brother in law lost his leg because he was wearing shorts and sneakers. No broken bones but lost all the flesh from knee down.

Glad your ok Dave, you put those skills to good use, what a ride you must have had. Another example of having all the gear on and the reason why we should.
