billmac Posted May 31, 2015 #2 Posted May 31, 2015 I agree it was a great day. Thanks Don and Ilene for hosting the MD. 366 miles today for Pam and I.
comingbackdown Posted May 31, 2015 #4 Posted May 31, 2015 Amen to that! It was truly epic to meet everybody and put faces to names! Had a great time, learned a LOT about my bike, and now I've got plans for her. I'll be sure to annoy the boss into giving me more than one day off for it next year.
Guest Masio86rv Posted May 31, 2015 #7 Posted May 31, 2015 Yes it was an awesome time! Thank you Ilene and Don, for opening your home up,and providing the food and shelter. I learned ALOT about my bike, and the people who ride them, there may be better bikes out there, but I don't think there is a better group people!
MJ44 Posted May 31, 2015 #8 Posted May 31, 2015 (edited) Sidecar? No problem! Matt and I had a great time! Thanks to Don and Eileen for being such gracious hosts. Thanks to Brad and Don for syncing the carbs........and teaching along the way. So nice to see folks we've met before. Craig (our Wingman) and Kim....Thank goodness for you two and your patience! See you in New York in August. If you haven't been to this event or NY - GO! We felt like slackers for only driving 150 miles Edited May 31, 2015 by MJ44
Squidley Posted May 31, 2015 #9 Posted May 31, 2015 It was great to meet you Vince, it was good having you with us and I hope you continue to learn about your bike. If you ever need any help my number is in my profile.
Motiv Posted May 31, 2015 #10 Posted May 31, 2015 Thanks to Don and Eileen for hosting a great time! It was great meeting new folks and making new friends we had a blast. Hope all made it home safely!
ReinyRooster Posted May 31, 2015 #11 Posted May 31, 2015 Hadn't been to this event in about 4 or 5 years. As usual, it was a hoot seeing some old friends, and making new ones. This is a crazy bunch.....but good crazy. Thanks again to Don and Eileen for putting on a great event.
Marcarl Posted May 31, 2015 #12 Posted May 31, 2015 Thanks Eileen and Don, been great to be there. We left early, but that didn't have anything to do with who was there or who was hosting this event,,,, 'course if rain had held up for another day or two, we might have had to 'endure' another evening of sitting around with friends and new acquaintances,,,. As it was, the time we spent was well worth the journey, but the journey was an experience as well. Was great to meet and see everybody we did, looking forward to the NY thing next.
dogman Posted June 1, 2015 #13 Posted June 1, 2015 Don and Eileen, I also want to say thank you for opening up your home and property to be invaded by so many of us. I met many more great people that you have inspired to spread friendship skill and knowledge. Have a great summer.
XV1100SE Posted June 1, 2015 #14 Posted June 1, 2015 Thank you to Don and Eileen for another great MD. Looking forward to next year !

Yama Mama Posted June 1, 2015 #16 Posted June 1, 2015 Thanks to Don and Eileen. You are the best. Just to let you know, I was still waiting for Ron even after you left for breakfast. He had forgotten to tighten our passing lights. I am sure your neighbors were wondering who the strange lady was with the motorcycle helmet and frogtogs was standing on Hawley Rd. was. Yama Mama
Condor Posted June 1, 2015 #17 Posted June 1, 2015 So... where are all the pics??? How is someone located half the world away supposed to attend vicariously.....
cagie Posted June 1, 2015 #18 Posted June 1, 2015 Thanks Don and Ilene for an awesome time (and letting me fish in your pond!). Sorry I had to jet early to take care of family issues, the 400 mile trip home was uneventful, just a little rain once in PA. Looking forward to be able to do this again! Great meeting all you crazy folks! (Craig, look forward to meeting up with you somewhere in PA!) cagie
Bummer Posted June 1, 2015 #19 Posted June 1, 2015 Don and Eileen, thanks for getting the family together again. It's always a great time!
