Might purchase for my sons first bike.

We told my son if he graduated from college we would buy him a bike. Well he did it now it is time to keep our promise. Through a friend found this 1986 Intruder I've only seen photos so far the owner wasn't sure if he was selling it and he has the carbs off being rebuilt he will call when it is back together to make a deal he is asking 1800 he has owned it from new and has kept it maintained.

Any thoughts I think it is a good deal but always like the groups opinions.

look at Intruderalert.com when I bought my boulevard I found lots of info and help there. I know there is a couple of more, just can't think of them at this time. Hope it works out for you. Looks like it is in pretty good shape.
