Rode the '99 RSV from my home outside of Bham to Sevierville with family in tow

And, during the ride up, I am pretty sure my rear shock has lost about all it's fluid. I would notice a drip on it the past few weeks, and now it seems to, not bottoming out, but dipping mightly low in the bumps with a quick bounce back up.

Regardless, I went ahead and rode it over 200 miles today in the hills around southeast Tennessee, including the Dragon and 441 from Cherokee to Gatlinburg. And, after spending over 6 hours in the saddle, I think I need to bite the bullet and get the Rick Butler seat rebuild once I am ever willing to park it that long.

On my way thru the Tail of the Dragon earlier today. Oh, and it rained between Cherokee and Gatlinburg just prior to be approaching the mountain. Road was soaked all the way thru and makes those turns seem that much sharper and more plentiful.

I love riding up in that area also. And a big WAR EAGLE to you my friend. :Venture:

WAR EAGLE! Other than the 15 to 20 miles of wet roads, was a great day. Now to wait for killboy.com to have my photos online.
