LED Headlight

The recent thread about LED passing lamps took me to the Larson lights website. They advertise a 7" LED headlight bulb for $155. Has anyone tried it? Below is the link.

I saw that also and am curious about how well it works. Not exactly a straight swap, you'd need to basically gut the stock light can and rework it to fit the LED.

I Love my Truck Lite LED Headlight and Passing Lights that we just installed this season, I really got to use them on Saturday as we got home at Midnight. Awesome Upgrade!

To what degree did you have to modify your headlight bucket? How about the passing light buckets?

Zero modifications besides cutting and splicing in the wiring for the Passing lights. It was simply remove the old lights and replace them with the new ones.

I installed the LED Conversion Kit from Cycle Gear on the web. Split the fairing and not that difficult. Pleased with performance.
