Kirby Posted May 16, 2015 #1 Posted May 16, 2015 I was in Wally World recently and noticed they were carrying QuickSilver motor oil. It comes in motorcycle specific for wet clutches. It is JASO certified for motorcycles. Also comes in dino and synthetic. Just wondering if anyone has tried this yet?
Silverado6x6 Posted May 16, 2015 #2 Posted May 16, 2015 On all my Ventures and the Vmax i use 1 quart of the 20-50 Quicksilver and the rest is Rotella T6 5-40 synthetic. Shifting smoothes out a bit when bike gets hot. Probably pretty close to the recomended 20-40 oil. According to Bob is the oil guy forums its a fair to good synthetic.

Normally you can mix Brands of oils but by rights you should not mix multi grades. Not really sure why I just know that it was in one of the bulletins published at work by GM.
