Front and rear tire change

Hello all, is there anyone in the Baltimore, MD or Pa area that change out there own tires that can help me out? The dealers around me want $200 to put new rubber on my bike! If I take wheels off its cheaper. I know how to take the front wheel off but don't have the space(townhouse no garage) or the tools or knowledge to pull the rear wheel. Thanks

If you buy the tire from the dealer, most will charge $25 to mount a loose tire or $40 if on the bike. Find a dealer more inline with these prices. Suggest you carry in the front, but ride in to have the rear changed. Since you don't. have the space.
