videoarizona Posted September 23, 2014 #2376 Posted September 23, 2014 ok my daughter's boyfriend came up with this: You, your bike and someone taking a picture of you taking a picture of their bike Will take 3 people....I can do this...just have to find 3 people I can trust to not run off with my phone as they take our picture! Will have to wait until this weekend, though.
etcswjoe Posted September 23, 2014 #2377 Posted September 23, 2014 HUH?? If I am taking apic of someone elses bike while they are taking my pic then how at the same time do I take a pic of me my bike and the person taking my pic??????? Now my head hurts. You think that is bad it took me all day yesterday just to figure out how to write it down.
Kc9ojn Posted September 23, 2014 #2378 Posted September 23, 2014 Lol I am with VideoA on this one, easiest way is 3 people on this one. I like it we just have to ride to our buds and have 3 phones/cameras. Thanks for the list, its cool to see all the places hou guys have done. As a newbe here. The hunt would be better but harder if he said the bikes had to be Gen 1s. Hehe

etcswjoe Posted October 5, 2014 #2381 Posted October 5, 2014 Hopefully, If I understand the instructions correctly here is a picture of Myself, My bike AND I'M TAKING A PICTURE OF JB AND HIS BIKE and HE IS TAKING MY PICTURE WITH MY BIKE. I'm so confused????? If this works next target is a picture of you, your bike and and open cab antique fire truck. 300 miles this weekend and all the open cab fire trucks are in hidding.
dynodon Posted October 7, 2014 #2382 Posted October 7, 2014 There is an open fire truck less than a mile from me and I forgot to take the picture today, maybe tomorrow.
videoarizona Posted October 7, 2014 #2383 Posted October 7, 2014 Go for it...I was out Saturday and didn't find a thing!
etcswjoe Posted October 7, 2014 #2384 Posted October 7, 2014 I pulled up in the local Walmart parking lot today an there must have been 50 fire trucks but no old open cab ones.
dynodon Posted October 8, 2014 #2385 Posted October 8, 2014 OK I found a truck today, but I will disqualify it myself. Yes, there is an open section in the back of the cabin, but the main cabin is enclosed. The one with no roof has been put away for the winter I am guessing. It sat out most of the summer. So keep looking for that old fire truck!
etcswjoe Posted October 11, 2014 #2386 Posted October 11, 2014 (edited) I have put about 300 miles into finding this one and turns out there was one 30 miles away. Edited October 11, 2014 by etcswjoe
etcswjoe Posted October 11, 2014 #2387 Posted October 11, 2014 If the truck is a go the next target will be: You, Your bike and a Historic Bell.
van avery Posted October 12, 2014 #2388 Posted October 12, 2014 Good job, that works. Now to find a historic bell.
Kc9ojn Posted October 12, 2014 #2389 Posted October 12, 2014 Hmmm historical bell in the Midwest, were did I put that little bell we got from Philadelphia this past summer. Lol
etcswjoe Posted October 17, 2014 #2390 Posted October 17, 2014 Hmmm historical bell in the Midwest, were did I put that little bell we got from Philadelphia this past summer. Lol I looked up bells around you and you have some really neat ones not far away, a couple of them are thinking outside the box.
CMCOFFEY Posted October 17, 2014 #2391 Posted October 17, 2014 the closest I can get to that here in Las Vegas is a Taco Bell.
etcswjoe Posted October 17, 2014 #2392 Posted October 17, 2014 the closest I can get to that here in Las Vegas is a Taco Bell. As long as it is historic
Kc9ojn Posted October 18, 2014 #2393 Posted October 18, 2014 Thank you Joe for putting me back in the running, did some checking and its cool what you find in your back yard you never knew you had. Good chance to take the oldest daughter out for her first ride in prob 10 years, she was smaller then lol
IH Truck Guy Posted October 19, 2014 #2394 Posted October 19, 2014 Here ya go.... We went out and got this target in @A1Bummer old stomping grounds.Thorp,Wi..... Cost me dinner and cocktails with the BikeHopper........ Priceless.....but 44 degrees on the way home.
IH Truck Guy Posted October 19, 2014 #2396 Posted October 19, 2014 Running out of idea's,but let's try, You,your bike and a Amish horse and buggy.... I realize this eliminates our west coast riders, but we saw one today and thought it's doable.
CMCOFFEY Posted October 19, 2014 #2397 Posted October 19, 2014 Just make sure there are no Amish in the picture. Some groups still hold to the belief that photos are bad.
etcswjoe Posted October 24, 2014 #2398 Posted October 24, 2014 Supposed to be a beautiful weekend so someone needs to go out and find a buggy.
videoarizona Posted October 25, 2014 #2399 Posted October 25, 2014 (edited) I'm going to Phoenix this weekend. No buggies around there..at least the kind we are supposed to find. Dreading the traffic...after the peace and quiet of Green Valley! Suck it up, David...you leave in 45 minutes! Edited October 25, 2014 by videoarizona Spelling...
etcswjoe Posted November 2, 2014 #2400 Posted November 2, 2014 I am thinking with snow up North we should change the target to any horse and buggy. What do you think?
