Frigid Temperatures - No Ride - Trickle Charge

It is windy and feels like 17°F. Snow tomorrow. It will be in the mid 20's for a high for the next 2 or 3 days. This afternoon, I plugged my RSV battery on trickle charge.

I bought a battery tender last fall ... used it on my son's bike for a while. Since the move, it's now just sitting on my work bench. Temps went down to around minus 5 (celcius) a few days back and that's the second time since end of Nov but mostly it's been between +5 and +10 around here so don't really feel the need to hook up the battery tender ... never had to before, bike always started.

5 F is the high here. We find 22 F balmy.

It is currently 8°F and it feels like -8°F. Schools in our area are on a 2 hour delay. Brrrrrrr.....
