baylensman Posted November 21, 2014 #1 Posted November 21, 2014 i know its been done to death, but a few questions. I ordered the Sky Doc kit here. checked bunches of pages here, all reference to freebirds post with pics and the Barnett rebuild with pics, but I can't seem to find the original post/articles, any links? also, clutch never slipped a bit till after the last oil change, went to the rotella 4t motorcycle oil for wet clutch, as many here recommend! coincidence? what type of torque wrench do I need inch pound or foot pound? I have a foot pound in 3/8" drive but not an inch pound.
M61A1MECH Posted November 21, 2014 #3 Posted November 21, 2014 Get a torque wrench in inch pounds where the value you want to use it at is in the middle 1/3 of it's range, do not use a torque wrench in the lower or upper 1/3 of it's range, they start to lose accuracy as you get towards the uper and lower extremes of the range.

Did the Skydoc clutch job and am now only using Mobil 1. Strong clutch now! We tow a trailer with no issues.
