pbjman Posted November 15, 2014 #1 Posted November 15, 2014 I am! Doing a bathroom remodel with a roll-in tiled shower and I want to finish before thanksgiving, so working today.
SilvrT Posted November 15, 2014 #3 Posted November 15, 2014 We are moving exactly 2 weeks from today so, if packing can be classified as "working" then we are WORKING!
pbjman Posted November 15, 2014 Author #4 Posted November 15, 2014 Roll-in? It is a curbless shower; barrier-free so a handicap shower chair can 'roll in' pic is of a previous one I did this summer
mraf Posted November 15, 2014 #5 Posted November 15, 2014 No. Sitting here spending money. Just bought 2 new lawnmower tires on fleabay. Watching it snow outside.
Monty Posted November 15, 2014 #6 Posted November 15, 2014 I have a shower curtain bar just like that for sale. I ordered it & never used it. Still in the box.

Huggy Posted November 15, 2014 #8 Posted November 15, 2014 NOT WORKING!!!! Youngest boy is down for a visit with his wife and little girl. He has been posted to CFB Gagetown in New Brunswick, as an instructor, so we have to get as much time in with our granddaughter as we can.
Edbo Posted November 15, 2014 #9 Posted November 15, 2014 Yes I had to work today. Removing the top soil that was under the concrete in a garage, the floor had dropped about a foot. I would have rode today, the weather turned out nice here in Cullman, al.
Chaharly Posted November 15, 2014 #10 Posted November 15, 2014 I'm sitting here at work right now. I work the weekend shift and ride monday thru Thursday

cowpuc Posted November 15, 2014 #12 Posted November 15, 2014 Well,, I seem to have found a new full time job and have spent a lot of time working on it this weekend.. I been working on Health Care Insurance stuff,,, I THOUGHT THIS NEW SYSTEM WAS GONNA BE A PIECE OF CAKE once ya got your provider and all that:starz:... Not so much,,, learning ya gotta be careful in what ya choose, when ya choose it,,, fine print so small these ol eyes have a hard time reading it and this ol half empty brain has an even harder time remembering what does and doesnt apply... And people ask me why I prefer Carbs, throttle cables, points ignition and non-abs brake systems...... Puc is DEFINITELY a K.I.S.S. kinda guy!!!
Oldodge Posted November 16, 2014 #13 Posted November 16, 2014 I worked on getting ready for winter. I adjusted the brakes on my '41 Dodge, filled her up and added fuel stabilizer. Took it for a ride to get good fuel in the carburetor. Topped off the Venture with fuel and stabilizer and ran it till it ran out of fuel. Then I opened the petcock and ran it with stabilized fuel. Also plugged in the battery tender. Then I got the snow blower out of storage. Did some preventative maintenance on it and my little Kawasaki generator. I fired them up and ran them for a while because I hear there is a "Fool" throwing snow our way. "That ain't workin", that's playin!
Pegasus1300 Posted November 16, 2014 #14 Posted November 16, 2014 Not at work but working. Cut, split and stacked about 4 cords of wood for the winter. Finished at 2:30 and it started snowing at 3 and hasn't stopped yet.
MidlifeVenture Posted November 16, 2014 #15 Posted November 16, 2014 Worked in the yard all day. Leaves leaves leaves and then some more leaves. Wow you west siders have all the fun I cleaned some basement so I didn't have to look at all the snow.
Hummingbird Posted November 16, 2014 #16 Posted November 16, 2014 yep, worked yesterday and getting ready to have at it today.

Hummingbird Posted November 17, 2014 #19 Posted November 17, 2014 Hum, what are those? Cheese slicing boards
ragtop69gs Posted November 17, 2014 #20 Posted November 17, 2014 My job for today is to get the mower deck off the tractor and mount the snowblower, I need to be ready to combat the Fools misdeeds. This is not a comment to provoke a responce by Jeff, only a statement of self defence readiness. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using Tapatalk 2
bongobobny Posted November 17, 2014 #21 Posted November 17, 2014 Looks like today is prep the snowblower day...
