I have already completed mine.

1. Changed oil and filter

2. Air filter

3. changed brake fluid, clutch fluid, differential fluid, and antifreeze

4. plugs

5. New tires

6. sync carbs

Ready to ride all winter now. Luxury of living in the south.

Spare room project:

 

Rip out the cabinets the PO installed.

Install a door to the rear yard from within this room (currently only have front and side doors).

Build a Murphy bed for the room.

Build a "hide-away" TV / entertainment unit within the Murphy bed so it can be used when bed is not.

Remove a short wall and re-design coat closet.

Install / wire an outside plug near the front of the house.

 

Sorry, bikes don't need anything.

 

Project will begin right after New Year.

re paint bike, tweak little parts, polish the heck out of stuff, then part out extra bike on ebay and get ready to ride next spring

Do some work on the 84 xj750 I picked up in the summer, carb work, fluids etc, then lots of polishing, then of course now that we have a garage I can do some work on my RSV and maybe even some work on the Virago that our daughter rides.

 

Looking forward to the winter and being able to do the stuff I have always just followed some of the rest of you doing in the past.

What I have had on my list for the last three years.

 

1. Adjust valves
   
2. Repack swing arm bearings
   
3. Repack steering head bearing
   
4. Lower front end 1”

I will be putting in new springs in the front and lowering it 1". New steering head bearings and 15 weight oil in the forks. Change the brake fluid and clutch.
