I see that for the new member that was just added to the welcome thread that his name is hot linked to his profile That helps.

 

Indeed his name is a link to his profile, but the name is not highlighted as most links are. Only after you mentioned it did I find that the name was a link, but I had to hover the cursor over the un-highlighted name to discover that it was a link.

This is while using the gray skin.

Guess I should have been on more often as I just tried to get on site and got an error message. Luckily just went and found that we have another site! Thanks for starting this new site!! Seems to be well thought out ! Congrats all around!

I tried to use advanced search to find one of my old threads.

I was searching for "resistor" in a thread started by me.

Advanced search finds nothing.

Regular search did find it but it but it found all threads by anyone with "resistor" in them I finally found mine on page 4 of looking thru all of the posts.

 

IS advanced search not working yet? or is there something where it only searches threads since the change? Or have I taken toooo many pain pills again.......

 

Advanced search seems to be working now, So if you fixed something, Thanks.

Or I may have had toooo many pain pills while trying it before.....

That's strange. I just check and you have permissions to. I'll look again.

Just logged in under your name and had no problem adding an even to the calendar and then deleting it. I don't know what you are doing wrong.
