Yammer Dan Posted October 29, 2014 #1 Posted October 29, 2014 I have probably a dozen tire air gauges in the garage. Get all kinds of different readings. Is there one that won't break the bank you can trust??
Flyinfool Posted October 29, 2014 #2 Posted October 29, 2014 I have the same issue. I just picked one that gave repeatable results and then only use that one. I adjusted my pressures until I was happy with the ride and handling. That is the pressure I use. The tires may not be at the pressure that the gauge indicates, but the pressure that I have works.
slowrollwv Posted October 30, 2014 #3 Posted October 30, 2014 Dan I use a dial indicator type air gauge. It has w flexible hose and does not loose pressure when checking the tire. I got at Advanced Auto. It is accurate and it is the only one I use.
Dano Posted October 30, 2014 #4 Posted October 30, 2014 If'n it blows when I fill it up,,,,,,, I know I put too much in there!!
