My 91 Kawai skipping 1 cyl

Ever since the trip to St Augustine my bike has been running like crap at low speeds so I dove into it today and after pulling the airbox I found the #3 cyl cap was off of the spark plug and this must have been going on for a while since there was corrosion in the cap. I cleaned the cap and put a new plug in just for that cyl for now to see if I fixed the problem low and behold now I am missing 2 cyl and it won't run. I want to replace all the plug wires to the coils and caps does anyone know a good site to but them other than the stealer I mean dealer.
