Regulator rectifier

I am at work so I can not surf the net. I am looking for the Shindengen regulator rectifier Part# that will fit on a second gen.

My charging system went to full tilt boogy 1/2 way to work this morning. I already have the up HO stator and RR from rick installed.

I don't want to put the stock RR back on.

If I have to for now I will but I want to replace it with a mosfet
