Now you went and did it. Posted an article that promotes bikes other than cruisers to a cruiser crowd. By the way I wear a Roadcrafter a lot of the time. Most of this forum won't even know what a Roadcrafter is when they read the article.

I didnt know what it was either. But I do now. There probably should be some kind of tiered licence system. But how are you going to break it up. You hate to be stereotypical, but folks under 35 or 40 are a lot less likely to jump on any bike and try to find the upper limits than a fellow rider of say 21. Especially 2 or 3 days after passing a basic rider course.

A lot of us learned by seat of the pants on an old mini trail 50 or 70 or dirt bike. You found its limits and yours. You progresses up. You didnt start with the 250 Elsinore.

Got to love the guy that goes by me on the port bike with the Icon jacket, protective gloves and the helmet tied to the rear seat.

I think the author of the article needs to get up early, head out on some small roads, blow the stink off, and just get over the idea that there are many kinds of people and many different ideas of what they enjoy. Why get your undies in a bunch just because other people don't prefer your choices?
