beltfed50 Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 @ 32000 mile service dealer found left fork bushings worn...so after talking to Rick Butler and emailing with Sonic springs I decided to change to Sonic's 1.2 rate fork springs while they were disassembled, & put 10 wt oil back in. Rode it today...wow. I'm gonna like this.
djh3 Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 I have not noticed a degrade ride, but under recomendation of a couple fellow riders on another board Im on I did change the oil. I went a bit heavier with, the 10w also. Still run about 4lb air but the feel is less bumpy if that makes any sense.
Freebird Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 You are going to love those Sonic springs. Rick steered me toward them several years ago. I am convinced that they are a better choice than the Progressives for the RSV.
