I never get sick. so im miserable. never had my joints hurt so bad. cant hardly open my eyes. light hurts bad. my head fills like stewie looks. so I need to apologize for not getting things out to people I promised them I would. hurting so bad thinking about going to dr.

If you are thinking about going to the doctor then GO. There are so many serious illnesses out there it can be dangerous to not get medical attention. If it turns out to be nothing then you will be reassured. You might even get some medication to ease the symptoms. If it turns out to be serious then it is a good thing you went.

joint pain has backed off a little. going to dr Thursday don't want to go to er. taking max amount of Tylenol. thanks every one. this morning was more than I could take top of chart. cant take pain killers get a rash like shingles every time.

At 56 now, I have joint pain and stiffness pretty much anytime I'm not moving around. Nothing debilitating. I think it may be a side effect of the cholesterol medicine (niacin and lovastatin combo) I've been taking over ten years.

However, on occasion, I take two naproxen (what's in Alieve) 200 mg. Lasts for many hours more than Tylenol or Ibuprofen.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water so dehydration doesn't magnify your symptoms.

Well doc says it was the new flu. Most of the time lasts a week. Don't wish this on nobody. Flu shot please. Probably don't need it now but don't want a repeat.
