I think that I'm not the first one, but finally I make it.

Not realize that was doing to much effort and finally broke the bolt on the right side of the driver seat.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Thanks,

Jay,

Yes I have it Ok, and also the broken part of the bolt in the nut.

I'll unscrew it, but I tried not to open the whole seat to replace it.

I don't know if already somebody did it, or may be I should do it when I do the buttler seat modification...

Grind the broken bolt flush with the seat pan and JB weld a new bolt onto the surface.

mr Butler did a good job on my seat and repaired a broken bolt for me while he had it. give him shout and see if he can fix you up and by the way I rode mine for two years with one bolt broken.

Carlos,

I've replaced them countless times when I rework a seat and I don't charge extra to do it. I just drill and tap the insert and then run a stainless allen bolt down from the inside and it's better than new.
