Grand Jury returns in less that an hour to render a decision. They found no abberation in the driving of Tony Stewart which absolves him of culpability.

Also, the grand jury had access to all the information, including the autopsy report, which revealed THC. With that information now released, I would rather doubt any civil litigation.

This is just very sad in all respects.

I guess all those years dealing with convict scum has me looking at things too closely. Tony is the one that has to live with it. Just a old expression "History equals Future" keeps coming to mind. Guy should not have been on track!!! Did he see him in enough time to do anything??? I don't have to sleep with it. Killing a fellow human being is very hard to live with no matter what the who's ,what's, why's or when's. Thanks for the opinions.

Why was Ward racing while impaired.

A race car driver never exits his vehicle unless on fire.

Nobody in their right mind would purposely run someone over. Especially an experienced professional race car driver.

If mandatory drug testing was in place, Ward would not have been on the track.

Now both families lives have changed.

You can't be too quick to judge because you only hear part of the story on the news first. I guess that's how they keep you listening for the "rest of the story".
